| Description: | Part-time cook to work Monday and Tuesdays 6:00 to 2:30 and fill in other shifts as needed.
The Cook is responsible for food preparation, presentation and quality suitable for a variety of nutritional needs and for the cleanliness of the kitchen, the supervision of staff, and for overall food service activity.
Ideal candidate should process comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and safe food handling techniques in accordance with the State of New Hampshire and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines.
Serve Safe certified or a CFPP (Certified Food Protection Professional) or attainment within 90 days of employment. |
